Job summary

Birmingham City Council is recruiting a Specialist Teacher for the Physical Support Team on a permanent, part-time basis (32.5 hours per week). The role supports children and young people with physical difficulties and/or complex medical needs, promoting inclusion across Birmingham schools and nurseries.

You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and be willing to travel across Birmingham; a DBS check and right-to-work in the UK will be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience teaching children with physical difficulties and/or complex medical needs.
• Willing to travel across Birmingham.

Responsibilities
