Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment for the individuals
• Follow all support plans and risk assessments to prioritise routines and wellbeing
• Assist with daily activities and personal care where required; promote independence
• Complete essential documentation accurately and ensure clear team communication
• Follow safeguarding procedures and provide calm, compassionate support at all times
