Job summary

Imagine Independence in Burnley, Lancashire, is seeking a compassionate Senior Specialist Support Worker to lead a team supporting people with complex needs, including autism and brain injuries. We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Senior Specialist Support Worker to join our East Lancashire team.
• You’ll lead a team supporting individuals with diverse needs including autism, acquired brain injuries, and complex behaviours. You’ll also provide direct support with daily living and personal care, helping people live independently and meaningfully in their community.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift pattern: Working as part of a rolling rota, includes alternate weekends and on-call Salary: £28,344.85 + £30 per day when on‑call (rota basis) Based In: Burnley, Lancashire.
