Imagine Independence is hiring a dedicated support worker to assist an individual with budgeting, tenancy management, daily tasks, and community access. You will work as part of a team to support someone recently discharged from secure services, delivering person-centred care in a therapeutically focused environment.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Shift pattern: All shifts are 12-hour shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off, days and waking nights
Salary: £24.849.24 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The role involves supporting an individual with budgeting, managing their tenancy, completing domestic chores, and accessing the community, including attending appointments, participating in social activities, and building social inclusion and companionship.
Working as part of a team to support an individual who has been discharged from secure services and has a severe and enduring mental health diagnosis. The support provided is person-centred and delivered within a therapeutically driven environment, placing the individual at the heart of their recovery journey.
The successful candidate will be provided with a standard induction course along with a comprehensive package of specialist training.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this post.
