Job summary

Aspris is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join Queenswood School in Herefordshire. You will develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and young people aged 11 to 19 on the autistic spectrum and with complex needs, working within a holistic education and clinical services framework.

Qualifications

Recognised and relevant Speech and Language qualification.
Registered with HCPC.
Experience of working as a Speech and Language Therapist with the specified client group or related field.
Experience of representing speech and language therapy in the context of multi-disciplinary working and multi-agency treatment.
Experience of reviewing and developing therapy standards, policies and procedures.
Clear and concise report writing.

Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our young people.
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to meet needs of children and young people.
Contribute to colleague training, consultation and reflective practice.
Manage workload with resilience and independence.
