Job summary

Aspris is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join Oliver House School in Chorley, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils aged 6–19 with autism and complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic care and staff training, while safeguarding and promoting welfare across services.

You will need HCPC registration and a recognised SLT qualification, with experience in multi-agency settings and strong report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience in neurodiversity (Autism/ADHD) and complex needs.
• Experience representing speech and language therapy in multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear and concise report writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
• Collaborate with therapy team (OT, Behaviour Analyst) and education staff.
• Contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.
• Support safeguarding and holistic therapeutic approaches.
