Surrey Downs Health & Care is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to join our community therapy team. You will support the delivery of rehabilitation services across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy, working in patients' homes, clinics and community spaces to help individuals regain independence.
You will carry your own caseload under the guidance of treating therapists, monitor progress, and report back on cases.
