Join our dedicated Interdisciplinary Team and play a key role in supporting individuals to regain confidence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals following illness, injury, or stroke.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Assistantto join us on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). Based at Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, you will work alongside therapists and other healthcare professionals to support the assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised rehabilitation programmes.
The role includes a 6-month rotational placement between Swindon Intermediate Care Centre and the Community Stroke Team, providing a varied and rewarding opportunity to develop your skills across both inpatient and community settings. You will work directly with patients, helping them maximise their independence and supporting positive outcomes through high-quality rehabilitation interventions.
