Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support students with a range of complex needs to access education and build independence.
• Assist one-to-one and small group learning sessions.
• Promote independence and positive behaviours using reinforcement and relationship-building.
• Contribute to a personalised and engaging curriculum including activities like drama, arts and forest learning.
• Support preparation for adulthood and community activities.
