Napier Community Primary & Nursery Academy is seeking a dedicated Specialist Resource Provision Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team. The role offers a comprehensive induction, ongoing CPD, and opportunities for career progression through TKAT SCITT, with a focus on helping children with SEN to achieve their potential.
The post is based at Napier, within TKAT, and includes a clear pathway into teaching while emphasising well-being, flexible working, and access to trust resources.
We are looking for a dedicated and inclusive Specialist Resource Provision Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team.
NJC Medway Scale 5 (12 - 14) FTE £28,598 - £29,540 (Estimated Actuals £21,510 - £22,219)
32.5hrs per week / 39 week per year
32.5 - 8.30- 15.30 (30 minute daily unpaid break)
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Do you have a patient, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting their learning and development?
You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
