Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a leading Warwickshire firm. The role involves handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases and remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, and new plot purchases.

You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong management, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing (freehold/leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages).
• Handle transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases.
• Develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working with the Head of Department.
