Focus Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join a small, busy team. The role offers a salary of £30,000–£32,000 per year, with a 9:00am–5:30pm Mon-Fri schedule and achievable commission.

You will generate new client leads via telephone canvassing and source candidates for high-profile vacancies for a local recruiter. This role requires organisation, calm under pressure, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Extensive training provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics.
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks.
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
