Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is looking for a friendly Recruitment Consultant to join a small, busy team in Leigh on Sea. You will source candidates for high profile vacancies, canvass new clients by phone, and manage records to keep clients and the database up to date.

The role offers a salary of £30,000–£32,000 per year with achievable commission, pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and monthly social events. Training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics.
• Extensive training will be provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals.
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks.
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Consultant to a small, busy, and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £30,000 - £32,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Duties:

• Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leads
• Working for a local recruiter, sourcing candidate for high profile vacancies
• Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up todate
• Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
• Maintaining good repour with new and existing clients
