Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in Technology (Perm or Contract) to join our team on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk borders. You will collaborate with UK leadership and international teams to expand our Technology recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe.

You will build a portfolio in Technology recruitment, manage client and candidate relationships, and identify new business opportunities while developing your leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in agency-based Technology Recruitment.
• Perm or Contract focus.
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• Integrity, energy, and a genuine passion for tech and people.
• The confidence to build lasting relationships and drive growth.

We’re entering an exciting period of expansion and are now looking for an experienced Recruiter specialising in Technology (Perm or Contract) to join our team based in our modern offices on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk borders. The Opportunity

You’ll collaborate closely with our UK leadership and international teams to develop our Technology Recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe. You’ll have access to 24 years of client relationships, established warm accounts, and business development support to help you grow a thriving desk.

You’ll:

• Build and grow a portfolio within Technology recruitment (Perm or Contract)
• Own both client and candidate relationships across mid–senior level appointments
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
• Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in your chosen vertical

About You
