Job summary

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist for a development post. The role supports progression from Band 5 to Band 6, delivering specialist assessments and management for people with dementia and complex mental health needs in Northumberland.

Qualifications

• Recognised Physiotherapy degree qualification or equivalent.
• State registration with HCPC.
• Further relevant post qualifying training.
• Registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist assessment and management for service users with complex needs.
• Contribute to service development and implementation of core pathways.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver inpatient and community services.
