Role Overview
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a passion for patient care to join our team. The area offers excellent transport links, including proximity to the M5, Dartmoor, Exeter, Bristol, and direct train services to London from Tiverton Parkway. Our caseload includes post-op rehabilitation, care home pathways, long-term condition management, falls prevention, and equipment assessments. Candidates should possess strong moving and handling skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Our offices are shared with Community Nurses, Social Workers, and Urgent Community Response teams, fostering integrated working. We support professional development through supervision, CPD groups, training, and a Champion’s Network. The role involves supervising Band 5 Physiotherapists, students, and support staff. IT proficiency and a valid driving license with access to a car are required for community visits.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, primarily 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with late shifts (10-6 PM or 12-8 PM) and weekends included, with toil time provided.

Salary: Band 6: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata
