Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in the South West/Midlands is seeking skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to provide operational support within the Integral Cooling Technology Division. You will perform maintenance and service visits on VRF systems, CRAC units, splits and cassettes, ensuring reliable performance across client sites.

The role includes reactive breakdown cover during daytime hours and participation in out-of-hours standby rotas; you will work either solo or as part of

Qualifications

• Requires technical competencies and certificates relevant to HVAC skills.
• 2079 Refrigerant handling certification or equivalent.
• Experience with VRF systems and large tonnage chillers.
• Knowledge of CRAC units, air conditioning splits and VRF systems.
• Familiarity with major manufacturers' equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering tasks including maintenance and service visits.
• Carry out service and reactive breakdown cover in normal hours.
• Participate in Out of Hours work and Standby rota.
• Ensure quality and conformance to standards.
• Support contract responsibilities and client requirements.
