Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Supervisor to lead hard services engineering at a Brentwood site, ensuring 100% uptime and alignment with contractual obligations. You will drive corrective maintenance, audits, and safe operation within critical environments to satisfy client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in engineering services, and the ability to coordinate with client teams, CAFM and BMS systems, while advancing energy performance and safety

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of engineering services within critical environment/new builds.
  • Recognised apprenticeship or degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with team coordination ability.
  • Proficient in PPM/RM and CAFM systems; familiar with BMS and control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the hard services team and support engineering requirements on site.
  • Conduce audits in line with Integral/JLL processes and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain site logbooks and CAFM system; ensure safety and SLA adherence.
  • Provide on‑site technical leadership; coordinate with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Plan and monitor operations, major shutdowns, and asset management.
  • Develop on‑site technical team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for direction and effective corrective maintenance and planning of Critical Environment and Risk Management and contribute towards delivering industry standards with the primary objectives driving service delivery, quality and performance that will underpin both Integrals and JLL’s vision for engineering excellence status. This is a key role requiring excellent teamwork, relationship management and technical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTo represent the hard services team and ensure the successful site support for all engineering requirements.Conduct Audits in line with the Integral / JLL processes.Manage compliance upkeep along with site logbooks and Concept CAFM System.To ensure all Critical Service processes are developed in a common approach and meet client requirements or appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLA), as per the contractual obligations.Cover for the TSM when required, for all technical activities, main interface with the site client teams. (Development of relationship with the key clients and stakeholders)Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance System & interface with clients to carry out all user requirements & requests, ensuring Building user group meetings are attend and minutes are submitted in time and correctly.Plan, control and monitor, by reporting and audit, to review operations and maintenance throughout the building.To ensure all Technical Activities are carried out to meet Integral’s/ JLLs health and safety and client safety requirements.Provide benchmarking of equipment & performance.Maintain the Asset Management Plan and monitor criticality and condition of assets.Plan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events.Develop & manage the on-site technical team with appropriate skills to meet client requirementsAs appropriate establish and agree client service level agreements and measuring to ensure compliance and performance to cover business continuity, customer satisfaction and communicationReview plant and system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing Continuous Improvement and appropriate benchmarking programmesProvide emergency response, managing on site team and communicationsDevelop and maintain a service team culture and improve of self-delivery / Self PerformWork on smart systems to drive Energy performanceWork to support all ESG outputs agreed.Manage and support tenant fitouts, including planning, facilitating and recording.
