Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking a Specialist Community Support Worker to join our Bolton service in Blackrod. You will provide support to adults with complex needs, promote independence and inclusion within the local community, and work with families to enable better outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary, enhanced pay for weekend shifts, and a range of benefits. A full driving licence is preferred, and the role involves 37.5 hours per week across five days with some weekend work.

We have a rewarding opportunity for Speciality Community Support Worker to join our service at Lymbridge in Bolton. We aim provide care and support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community through methods including positive behaviour support.

We aim in to empower the individuals we support to take control of their own lives and gain greater independence, by teaching communication, choice and fulfilment.

Location – Blackrod, Bolton.

Salary – £26,230 (£13.45ph) – Living Wage

Enhanced pay for weekend shifts – Time and a quarter added to your hourly rate of pay.

Sleep-in payment of £107.60 per sleep

Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days, weekend working will be required.
