A dedicated team is being built to support a young man as he begins a new chapter in his new home in Burtonwood, Warrington. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills and interests to foster his independence and enrich his daily life.

You will be skilled in both verbal and non-verbal communication, building trust and rapport while navigating different situations with empathy and understanding.
The young man enjoys football and staying active. With a home gym, staff should be energetic and enthusiastic. Share a Love for Films, Music, Gadgets, and Gaming: Those who enjoy discussing films, music, or appreciate gadgets and PlayStation will connect with his passions and create engaging experiences.
We do need candidates to be able to work a flexible mix of day and nights shifts for this role as this is the current need of the service. The shifts are: Day 8am till 8pm and Night shifts 8pm till 8am.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and physical health.
If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have relevant experience in social care.
You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods.
For this role, driving would be a huge benefit, as this property is not easily accessible via public transport.
