We have a rewarding opportunity for Speciality Community Support Worker to join our service at Lymbridge in Bolton. We aim provide care and support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community through methods including positive behaviour support.

We aim in to empower the individuals we support to take control of their own lives and gain greater independence, by teaching communication, choice and fulfilment.

Salary – £26,230 (£13.45ph) – Living Wage

Enhanced pay for weekend shifts – Time and a quarter added to your hourly rate of pay.

Sleep-in payment of £107.60 per sleep

Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days, weekend working will be required.

Applicants with a full driving licence preferred.

Annual Leave 27 day holiday plus 8 days bank holidays rising to 30 after 5 years, 33 days after 10 years

and death in service benefit, up to 7% company pension contributions initially rising with length of service and up to 6 x basic salary death in service benefit.
