Together Trust in Stockport is recruiting two Specialist Community Support Workers to join our supported living service in Great Moor. You will help adults with autism, learning difficulties and emotional or behavioural disorders to live more independently, while promoting inclusion within the local community and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
The role is 37.5 hours per week over five days, with weekend work required and shifts from 07:50 to 15:50 or 15:30 to 22:30.

We have a rewarding opportunity for two Specialist Community Support Workers to join our supported living service in Great Moor, Stockport. We aim to provide care and support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community through methods including positive behaviour support.
Our service supports adults with autism, learning difficulties, behaviours of concern and emotional and behavioural disorders in 3 separate flats.
Location – Great Moor, Stockport.
Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days. Weekend working will be required. Shift timings are either (early’s) 07:50 - 15:50 or (lates) 15:30 - 22:30.
Salary – £26,230 per annum (£13.45 per hour). Time and a quarter enhancement for all weekend hours worked. Sleep-in payment of £107.60 for any sleep shifts worked.
