Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking a Specialist Community Support Worker to join our Blackrod service in Bolton. You will provide care and support to adults with complex needs, promoting independence and inclusion through person-centred practices and positive behaviour support.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, with weekend shifts and enhanced pay for weekends; a full driving licence is preferred. The salary is £26,230 per year, with a range of benefits including generous pension and annual leave.
