Job summary

Community Integrated Care is hiring Specialist Advanced Support Workers for a new service in the Warrington area. You will support an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD, and complex needs to live their best life possible.

We offer specialist training, progression opportunities, DBS paid, and guaranteed contracted hours. A Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health/autism are preferred. Driving is advantageous for Burtonwood location.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Autism or complex mental health.
• Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and physical health.
• If you do not have a qualification, relevant experience in social care is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the person with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD and complex needs to live their best life.
• Spend your whole shift with the person you support to foster independence and meaningful daily activities.
• Be flexible with day and night shifts to meet service needs.
• Driving would be a huge benefit for accessing the service location.
