Job summary

Smile Education are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a small SEN School near Fleckney, Leicester. You will support pupils with autism and additional needs, providing classroom support to a range of ages and helping pupils engage with learning.

The role offers a long-term, ongoing contract starting ASAP. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with teachers and the wider school team in a calm, nurturing environment.

• Experience with children or young people, SEND/autism preferred, training provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with SEND, helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally within a specialist school environment. I have visited this school and it is a fantastic provision with amazing staff and facilities.
