Rate: GBP90 GBP110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning requirements.
- Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development both inside and outside the classroom.
- Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers to promote progress and wellbeing.
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation in school life.
Were Looking For:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with pupils with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and SENCOs.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed.
To be eligible you Must:
- Have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the online update service, or be willing to obtain one.
- Be able to provide two professional child-related references.
