Lisburne School in Stockport is seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team. The role covers pupils with additional learning needs and requires a child-centred, proactive approach. The post offers opportunities for development across the Four Rivers Multi Academy Trust.

The successful candidate will support pupils across pathways, work with the team to foster a supportive, inclusive environment and participate in safeguarding and DBS clearance processes. Term-time pattern applies.

Formación

• Child-centred approach to pupil support.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and able to engage with challenging pupils.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Experience or qualification in Team Teach or de-escalation desirable.
• Satisfactory references and DBS clearance processes required.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils with additional learning needs across pathways.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist with delivery of the specialist curriculum and pastoral support.
• Work across Key Stage pathways and support the wider team as needed.
