Qualifications

Experience supporting pupils with SEND and diverse learning needs.
Proven track record of targeted interventions linked to Communication and Interaction and Speech and Language.
Experience implementing a total communication environment to support pupils with significant communication barriers.
Involvement in planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities under teaching staff guidance.

Responsibilities

Establish constructive relationships with the pupil and encourage interaction with others.
Promote inclusion and development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
Liaise with professionals within and outside the school.
Lead interventions and support pupils with complex needs; contribute to planning and assessment.
