• Experience of supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
• Ability to work with small groups under teacher guidance.
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and clearly communicate strong values and a moral purpose centred on supporting pupils' growth and well‑being.
• Support students with SEND across curriculum and daily activities to access learning.
• Work under the guidance of teachers to assist pupils with their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
• Monitor pupil progress and wellbeing, and provide feedback when needed.
• Administer basic first aid and assist with medications as trained.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to safeguarding.
• Support on educational visits and assist with classroom resources.
