Job Description:

A dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant is needed to support children with a range of special needs including ASD, PMLD, Complex Needs, and challenging behaviour. The right candidate must have experience working with SEND (adults or children) in some capacity.

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30.
• Provide 1:1 support to students in EYFS, Key Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4.
• Utilise strategies to effectively manage and support children with SEND.

Requirements:

• Experience working with people (adults or children) with SEND.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide tailored support in a 1:1 or small-group capacity.
• Ability to provide personal care.
