Job summary

Randstad Education is sourcing staff for an SEMH school based in Lingfield. Roles start in September and operate term-time to enable holidays. Working hours are 8:40am–3:55pm, Monday to Friday.

Essential qualifications include a willingness to provide personal care for ages 5–16, an Enhanced DBS, and a driving licence with car access due to the campus location. A trauma‑informed approach and strong emotional resilience are required.

Qualifications

  • Have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
  • A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
  • A trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Emotional resilience and unwavering care for vulnerable children.
  • Applicants reliant on sponsorship or with a VISA will not be considered at this time.
