Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking staff for an SEMH school in Lingfield to start in September on a term-time basis. You will support students aged 5–16 with SEMH needs, including personal care. The role pays £88–£97 per day, with a permanent contract after a 12-week probation and hours 8:40am–3:55pm, Monday to Friday.

Essentials:

  • You must be able to do personal care for ages 5-16 years old.
  • Have or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
  • A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
  • A trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Emotional resilience and unwavering care for vulnerable children.
