Job summary

Randstad Education in Lingfield is recruiting for roles in a SEND (SEN) school starting September. These term-time positions run 9am–4pm, with a focus on supporting young people aged 5–16 with complex medical and behavioural needs.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the update service, hold a driving licence for the remote campus, and bring transferable care or education experience to the role. Sponsorship or visa applicants are not considered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide personal care for ages 5-16.
• Willing to undergo Enhanced DBS via update service.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education or similar.
• Driving licence and access to a car due to the campus' remote location.
• Understanding of complex medical needs including autism, epilepsy and ADHD.
