Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting for a role at an SEMH school in Lingfield. The position starts in September and runs term-time only, with hours 8:40am-3:55pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is £88-£97 per day, with permanent employment after a 12-week probationary period. Applicants must be able to provide personal care for pupils aged 5-16, have or undertake an Enhanced DBS, and bring transferable care/education experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care for students aged 5-16.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Transferable skills from care, social care, education, fostering or similar.
• Driver license and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
• A trauma-informed approach to teaching and supporting students with SEMH needs.
