Axcis Education is recruiting a caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Chigwell. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and other learning difficulties through 1:1 and small-group work, helping them access phonics and classroom activities.
The role covers EYFS to KS2, focusing on concentration, communication and emotional regulation. A CACHE Level 2 or 3 is desirable, and a long-term, full-time commitment is preferred.

The role will involve a mixture of 1:1 support, small-group work and classroom-based assistance, helping pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and emotional regulation needs access learning and become more confident and independent. The school is looking for someone who can build relationships quickly, remain calm and consistent, and adapt their support around the individual child rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
