Job summary

CER Education is seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a wide range of needs in Basingstoke. You will work with teachers and SEN teams to deliver personalised learning in diverse classroom settings.

The role offers flexible temporary placements with competitive daily pay and full induction support. Prior SEN experience and a UK school background with references, plus strong communication, resilience, and commitment to pupils’ potential, are welcome.

CER Education are expanding our team of dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to support a range of partnership schools across the Basingstokearea. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact supporting pupils with a wide variety of special educational needs, including PMLD, MLD, and complex learning difficulties.

About the Role

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students across the curriculum, working closely with teachers and SEN teams to deliver meaningful and personalised learning. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, build new skills, and shape the educational experience of pupils who need your support the most.
