You'll work closely with teachers and SEN teams, providing 1:1 and small‑group support, and helping pupils access personalised learning across the curriculum. CER Education provides full induction, ongoing professional development, and supportive consultant guidance.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students across the curriculum, working closely with teachers and SEN teams to deliver meaningful and personalised learning.
