Job summary

CER Education is seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs in Aylesbury and Amersham. The role offers flexible temporary placements with September 2026 starts and competitive daily pay.

You'll work closely with teachers and SEN teams, providing 1:1 and small‑group support, and helping pupils access personalised learning across the curriculum. CER Education provides full induction, ongoing professional development, and supportive consultant guidance.

CER Education are expanding our team of dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to support a range of partnership schools acrossAylesbury.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact supporting pupils with a wide variety of special educational needs, including PMLD, MLD, and complex learning difficulties.

About the Role

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students across the curriculum, working closely with teachers and SEN teams to deliver meaningful and personalised learning. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, build new skills, and shape the educational experience of pupils who need your support the most.
