Job Title: Special Needs Teacher
Salary: £150 - £300 per day (dependent on scale)
School: A SEND school in the heart of Ealing is seeking a full-time Teacher to join from January. The school specialises in moderate to severe special educational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Develop individualised education plans for students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
  • Assess students\' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and social workers, to support students\' holistic development.
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and social growth.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Knowledge of SEND codes of practice and relevant legislation.
Education
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Education or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Working Conditions
