Job summary

Academics is seeking a Graduate Special Needs Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in East Grinstead. You will work with pupils with autism and SEMH, providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with learning, behaviour, and emotional development. A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology is required.

You must have the right to work in the UK; DBS clearance is expected. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30, term-time only, paying 93–105 per day, with

Special Needs Learning Support Assistant - East Grinstead - West Sussex

The Role - Special Needs Learning Support Assistant

As a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils' learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
