Responsibilities

• Greet and support children at the start of the day and provide a caring, calm presence in the classroom.
• Provide one-to-one support as needed and assist the class teacher to enable access to learning.
• Assist with managing behaviour and helping children regulate emotions to participate in lessons.
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of children in line with school policy.
