SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting an experienced SEN Teacher for a partner school in Newbury, Berkshire. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching to pupils with SEND and providing cover when required.

We're looking for a qualified and experienced teacher who has a genuine interest in SEND and inclusive education.
QTS or recognised equivalent.
Experience teaching pupils with SEND. Experience teaching pupils with SEND.
The ability to adapt teaching to different needs and abilities.
A calm, patient and consistent approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility to support the school with additional cover when required.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
Experience within a specialist SEND, SEMH, autism or alternative provision setting would be advantageous.
