You will coordinate EHCPs, guide teachers and learning support, liaise with families and external agencies, and monitor impact of interventions.

Working closely with the Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will ensure that our pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive high-quality, personalised support and make excellent progress
