Job summary

The Harmony Trust Ltd is seeking a dedicated candidate to oversee SEND policies and practice across our academies. The role focuses on implementing the SEND Code of Practice, policy commitments, and raising standards of achievement, attainment and behaviour.

The successful candidate will lead by example, foster inclusive learning for all pupils including those with EAL, disadvantaged or SEND, and work closely with the Senior Trust Leader to deliver the academy's vision and priorities.

• Have sound knowledge of the SEND Code of practice, the Trusts SEND Policy and related procedures to ensure its implementation.
• Hold High Expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour.
• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues.
• Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of all learners including those with EAL, who are disadvantaged or have SEND.
• Support The Senior Trust Leader and principals in implementing academy visions and development priorities.
• Have access to a Trust Senior Leader for SEND who will act as a coach and mentor.
