Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist school in Redhill to start as soon as possible. The role involves supporting students with ASD, EBD, and SEMH, and building positive relationships to help students succeed.

This is a Full-time (Temp to Perm) position with flexible days and hours, offering excellent rates of pay and a supportive team environment. Training and progression opportunities are available through Milk Academy and our CPD resources.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Previous experience in education or youth support is beneficial, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
