Milk Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Redhill, Surrey starting September 2026. You will support pupils during lessons, work with individuals and small groups, and assist the class teacher.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence.
• Provide additional support where pupils are struggling with their learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils during wider school activities and routines.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
