Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking staff for a temporary role at an SEMH school in Lancing, with a view to a permanent transition after a 12-week probationary period. Role starts in September and operates term-time to allow holidays.

The position offers a daily rate of £89-£100 and follows a 4.5-day week schedule (Mon-Thu 08:30-15:30, Fri 08:30-15:00). Applicants should be prepared for enhanced DBS, driving requirements, and trauma-informed support.

Temporary role (£89-100 per day) with a view to a permanent role transition (£23,000 per annum) after a 12-week probationary period.

Essentials

• A driving licence and access to a car (due to the campus' remote location).
• Trauma-informed approach to learning and support.
