Job summary

Semperian Group is seeking an SPC Manager for our Daresbury office on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves providing SPC management services for Eccles Schools Projects and other ventures, with travel to project sites as required on behalf of the SPC Board and Semperian Group.

The position requires a relevant degree or extensive senior level experience, strong health and safety knowledge, and experience with PFI projects in the operational phase. Salary up to £72,000 plus car allowance.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline or extensive senior level experience.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, IOSH Managing Safely or higher.
• Experience with operation and management of PFI projects in the operational phase.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures for efficient SPC operation.
• Ensure the SPC H&S monitoring regime is implemented.
• Assist with statutory reports, returns, statistics and accounts in line with law and contracts.
• Act as SPC’s representative under PA and FMA on policy, strategy, performance and contract compliance.
• Ensure completion of service team obligations under contracts, including management of variations.
• Monitor third party service providers to minimise deductions and oversee project compliance reviews.
