SPC Manager aka SPC General Manager, PFI Operations Manager, PFI Performance Manager, PFI Compliance Manager, SPV Manager

Location

Home Based with some travel to Oxford and Daventry

Salary

Up to £72K + 30% Bonus + £7.35K Car + 10% Pension

The Role

Managing two Healthcare / Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry. The role will primarily be based in Oxford, overseeing a contract with many years remaining (10+ years).

You

Seeking candidates with experience overseeing/managing PFI contracts, ideally with a background in Building Surveying or Engineering.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures for the SPC.
  2. Ensure the SPC H&S monitoring regime is implemented.
  3. Assist with preparing statutory reports, returns, statistics, and accounts in line with legal requirements and operational contracts.
  4. Monitor quality assurance of services and performance of third-party providers to minimise deductions, including Project Compliance reviews.
  5. Implement programmes and administer agreements to maximize shareholder returns and commercial income.
  6. Assist in delivering the budget for the PFI Operations business.
