Senior Associate (UK-Europe Recruitment) at Innova Solutions

Position: IT Analyst

Contract Duration: 12 months

Inside IR35: Yes

Rate: £32.31 per hour

Currently deploying a new instance of SAP (wave 1 went live in May). Support Analyst needed to support subsequent rollouts over the next 15 months.

Working with the Global STP deployment lead based in the US.

Requirements include good knowledge of procurement (indirect/direct & master data) and understanding procurement processes. The role involves communication with super users internally and with service providers.

Experience supporting data migration activities is essential. The role is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the end-to-end deployment of SAP S4 Hana procurement system, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support, working with the Global STP Deployment Lead.
2. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within scope and budget.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and procurement.
4. Develop and deliver end-user training, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for system adoption.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize procurement efficiency.

Skills:

• Proven experience deploying SAP procurement systems, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, SAP Ariba) and familiarity with integration tools.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Additional helpful qualifications include experience with ERPs like MS Dynamics, BPCS, PeopleSoft, Oracle; familiarity with Supplier Automation tools like EDI, Corcentric; experience with Case Management solutions such as PowerApps; and additional language skills.
