Overview: Position for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant with deep knowledge of Request Manager solution in TD SYNNEX. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required: • Rollout / implementation of RMT in new teams • Support Projects and enhancements • Investigate and provide support to incidents and issues reported by business • Support developing and testing in new solutions delivered to the business Other Duties & Responsibilities: • Be the main contact in certain Projects and initiatives • Provide support during UK business hours Qualifications: Experience: • 5 to 10 Years of relevant work experience. Education & Certifications: • Master's / Postgraduate Degree with computer science/ economics Field of Study preferred. • Bachelor's Degree with computer science/ economics field of study required. • Other Education / Certifications: SAP certifications in the relevant area Working Conditions: • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. • On-call availability required as necessary. • Remote position, office optional. • Some travel might be required.
